Fathers Day 2007

Sunday September 2 is Fathers Day here in Australia.

My Dad passed away in 2001, followed a bit over 12 months later by his wife of
more than 40 years, my stepmother, they are resting together in a lovely
Rose Garden now.

The last photo of Dad and I together, a few months before his death.

On a happier note these are the four reasons my life is worthwhile,
sadly we are having some problems with a couple of members of my
favourite Daughters clan at the moment.
Brighter days ahead I'm sure.

I've been in more laps than a napkin.

Happy Fathers Day Peter, you and the kids looks so happy together. They sure make life worth giving it a try.
Sorry about the problems and I know time will eventually see it all worked out. I have a great deal of experience in that department. It can never be over soon enough.
Your Dad was quite a guy and apparently taught you well.

Happy Father's Day to you Peter. I love that picture of you and your dad....and I really love the one of you and your four kids. With all your kidding around....I think you must be a pretty terrific dad Peter. Those family problems will all be ironed out....just like in any family. I see a lot of love in those kids of yours. You've done well Peter.
