Update... the last photo is of Jans FUCHSIA'S not freecias as previously stated.
The Sign Say's It All.
Everywhere we went the roses were in bloom, there can't be a lot wrong with that.
And just to finish off with something different, a beautiful Fuchsia from my friend Jan's garden
I love a sunburnt country. A land of sweeping plains. Of ragged mountain ranges. Of droughts and flooding rains.

G'Day Peter ~~ Great photos of roses and things. My favorites are the sign on the truck "Adventure before Dementia,", the lovely mauve rose and Jan's Fuchsia. And you wouldn't even look at my flowers!!! I will find the recipe of Lorraine's scones.
Take care, Love, Merle.
Wow... beautiful flowers Peter!
It's so hard to believe, while it's fall/winter here, that it's spring/summer somewhere else!
Hi Peter!
Well, you KNOW I love the roses!

WOw those are beautiful roses.
The only thing in bloom here is the cold weather.
Hmmm I liked Australia in December LOL
we just put our roses to their winter bed (until spring... good bye)
I can't grow fuchsias around here because it I don't have a place to keep them moist. Well, now that I quit my job, if I'm still not working next spring, I could have them. I would just set the timer and go spray them every hour or so with water mister.
