The big day is here.

Well folks if you live in Australia you have only got a couple of hours left to
organize your big 010203040506 party, (if you work on a 24 hour clock
you've missed it.)

For overseas readers, this is the warning I promised you to make sure
you have the party of a lifetime, you won't see this phenominem again,
(or phenomenon spelt that way either!!)

I urge you to ensure that your children, to the age of , say, 10 observe
the event, as it will re-occur in 100 years time, and who knows how many
of them might still be alive then to see the moment twice in their lifetimes.

Don't miss it, 01 o'clock, 02 minutes, 03 seconds, on 04 th day, 05th month
in the year 06 = 0123456 day.

Many thanks for the heads up on the 010203040506 Peter. It's less than 3 hours away. I'd like to say I'd see it, but at 1am I hope to be sound asleep.

However, if we disregard the 24 hour clock, I'll be able to experience it tomorrow afternoon.

Yeah! U da man!

Thanks Peter, that was a very couth comment you made about me, jacqui.

We were in Bunbury doing a transfer of land and I noted as I filled in the date that it was 04.05.06, but it was only 11 am so guess that doesn't count.

That is cool! Have a fabulous time!! :-D

As for your comment about photos, you'll see plenty, I'm sure. Now I just have to find the time, which is a must.

I pointed out to my older son last month when it turned 1:23 a.m. 04/05/06. He didn't think it was even worth noting, let alone partying over. Kids only think today.

When I was in College we didn't need much of an excuse to party. Whenever the clocks reached certain times, we called them "Cosmic Hours," we'd light up...er, I mean drink a beer.
The major "Cosmic Hours" were 10:01, 11:11, 12:34, 1:11, 1:23, 2:22, 3:33, etc.
Nothing like a college education.
There'll be some major parties at that ultimate cosmic hour in the morning. I might have to stay up for old times' sake.
