Congrats! Our Icy-hockey Hurricanes are in line to win the Stanley Cup - so you root for them too, okay?

Those diet cartoons really spoke to me (and about me). Buying sweat pants is about the extent of my exercising too, Peter....LOL

I have never been into soccer/football.
We had a soccer team at my high school, and I have not seen a soccer match since.

Congrats on the victory!!

Rub it in. We're big fans of the US national team too in our house. Hanging our heads in shame today, though.

It was a magical game, Peter, don't you think ?? I don't usually watch soccer, don't quite understand it, but it was great to watch. Looking forward to the next one ... might have to record it or watch a replay, though, as I think it is at some ungodly hour of the morning/night !!
Take care, Meow

Hell yeah, we certainly showed them Japanese players alright.
I couldn't believe their first goal, that was just horrendously unfair, but I don't care anymore because we kicked their asses with 3 points to won!
Brazil here we come!
