Give me a sign Lord!
Do you have a different sign Lord?
Well we just have to ask the question don't we?
Now we have all heard about, and many of us have experienced, “Seniors Moments” hell I can handle them but I’m having a little trouble with the current “Seniors Month”.
To explain, I have had two fairly major blogging events over the past few weeks first there was my 500th post which slipped by completely un-noticed, as luck would have it the post on Australia Day Jan 26th was it so it could have been worse I might have wasted it on something completely forgettable.
The second thing to slip under the radar was my 2nd blogaversary this occurred on April 5th so I only missed this one by a few days, I’m so glad you posted about your anniversary Jamie Dawn or who knows when I would have remembered mine.
It seems a little trite to say how much we enjoy the blogging experience, why the hell would we do it if we didn’t enjoy it, and how much pleasure we get from mingling with our new found friends, of course we do, who doesn’t enjoy the company of and banter with people we have specially chosen to reside on our blog rolls.
While a large percentage of these people will only ever be our cyber friends that does not mean they are any less real to us, we thrive on their joy and suffer their pain with them just as though they lived next door.
I look forward to my next milestone post and anniversary as eagerly as a child anticipating Christmas so until the next big event I’ll just slip back into obscurity.

Peter, happy blogiversary! I thought you had been at it longer than that, and I would have sworn that you had more than 500 posts. Shows you what I know.....LOL
Congratulatios ole' mate on doing 500 blogs in 2 years. That's a bloody lot of blogging, though mind you there's a lot of good reading in there.
I'm sure I don't need to say "keep up the good work" as I know you will.
Congrats, Peter!
Don't stop! haha-as if you would or COULD!

Congrats on the "blogaversary" and happy Easter to you and your family!
Hi, Peter -- I just caught up on a month's reading so Happy Blogaversary, Happy Easter, Happy Birthday, Happy being home from a fab trip, and Happy anything else I missed. Good news about the eye, and loved the story about your Dad. What a lovely tribute.
Happy Blogaversary, Peter!
And Happy Easter too!
..
Man, 500 posts and counting is quite a many. Corngrats on all the millstones.
congratulations on both events!
Peter, I prefer to think of that cloud pic as God's way of calling for a 'fastball' high and tight.
Five hundred posts is too many for someone as young as you. Don't you have something better to do?
Maybe you should start dating to find another housekeeper. Or maybe for a companion who won't keep the house this time. Sorry, too much caffiene, I'm out of control.
Congratulations on both events, Peter. Sounds like you're back in the swing of things after your trip and eye operation.
Heehee! Loved the sign from God!
Cheers
