Bloggers of Australia unite.

Photos from the mini Bloggers Convention held in Brisbane today.

Robyn getting ready to retaliate in the photo taking stakes.

Bloggers Robyn, Peter, and Wazza enjoying a pleasant few hours together
today, July 1st.

Hi all, just a quick post about a very pleasant interlude spent with my good
friend Warren and our new friend Robyn of Kats Cradle, this meeting was
organized quite quickly and unfortunately the other invitee Lee was unable
to attend.
Robyn proved to be a very pleasant lady to spend the time with, we laughed
and joked the time away very happily, the photo session was quite late in the
day and the sun played up with the photos a bit but as we had to enlist the
services of a fellow diner to take the three of us together we didn't complain.
We have threatened to do this again sometime so hopefully Lee will be able to
attend the next time.
See Robyn I told you you were safe and there would be none of the
incriminating stuff we talked about in the post!!!!!!!
During the course of next week I am going to spend a day with another couple
of bloggers, Jeanette and her daughter Donna at Hervey Bay, which for
overseas readers is a resort town about 120 Kms from my home town of
Gympie, Jan has been a friend for about 50 years and of course I've known
Donna all her life, we only catch up once or twice a year now as we live about
1000 miles apart, so this will also be very pleasant.
Blogging may take a back seat for a few days to fit this trip in as I'm at
Wazza's place at the moment (home tomorrow) then Hervey Bay some time
next week.

Hi Peter ~~ Looks like you three had a great time over lunch. I am glad it all went well and you and Warren didn't misbehave. As if you would!!!
You have a busy week ahead, going to Hervey Bay.I think Jan and Donna are there already. I hope you all enjoy
the time together. Take care, Love, Merle.

It's so much fun to meet other bloggers, isn't it, Peter? You have instant rapport and built-in conversation starters. Good for you, Wazza and Robyn.

It looks like you're enjoying the day Peter...what fun. It's always nice to meet fellow bloggers. I haven't done that yet. Maybe at BlogHer this year.

It's fun meeting people. BlogHer is a little far away for me though I'm afraid and I do much better in small groups.

Right now, there's a good chance of meeting a blogging friend from Utah later this month.

Well start saving some cash for your trip to Nebraska next year Peter.
I'm glad you all had the chance to meet up. I hope you're all still speaking.

That sounds like you are enjoying, and behaving. Even Warren is.
Nobody wants to come to Houston, they think it is too hot and the traffic is too bad. So Mrs. Jim and I will have to do the traveling.

a blessing to be old enough yet young enough to be able to blog hop in real life. I'm envious!
