A Howard in the Hand... Worth two in the Bush

The joy of world polotics in the year 2006

State Dinners together to sing one

anothers praises and virtues.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

As this informal shot shows

we also have our political

satirists and pundits too.

Yeah folks that's our PM.

(the one on the right !!)

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

It seems That George Dubya and John Howard, our
illustrious Prime Minister, have a real live thing goin’ on for
one another, neither one of them seems able to stem the flow
of superlatives they are heaping on one another at the
moment.

Now this is fine and dandy, it’s good to have friends in high
places, just as long as Johnny comes home without any
signed documents that commit us to things we don’t want to
be committed to…. you know… things like becoming the
51st State…. or…. sending more troops to look for WMD….
in either Iraq or Iran.

We have troubles enough at present with the ties that bind
us to good old mother England
without getting involved
with more
Middle East bullshit than we already have done.

There is nothing more certain than if the leaders who
refuse to get along with others had to fight the wars
they start we would very quickly run out of wars and
warlike leaders.

Hi Peter, just one more, well said.

I haven't attempted the washed out prints yet, no time even to post last night and not sure how I will go tonight either, Neil & Joan are coming over to stay. Neil has to demo a new product at Manjimup tommorow.
