Further to Cat Washing.

For my very last word on "Washing Cats" I submit this litter box
self
cleaning setup should present only minor problems to adapt to
"Cat Cleaning" machine, eliminating a very dangerous task from
a pet owners life.

I have blatantly stolen this invention from my good friend Mike's blog
knowing Mike to be a public spirited type who would be only to pleased
to help out in saving his friends from a good "shredding" I feel sure he
will forgive my use of his invention.

As stated I feel the modification to this machine would be fairly simple,
just a matter of redirecting a couple of the arms to correctly position
the cat, an applicator to put on some suitable shampoo and the
addition of a couple of "flushes" for rinsing, adapting the "wiping"
arm to a full "dryer" and the jobs done!!!

I would be pleased to discuss the project with any engineers out there
but to be perfectly honest I don't feel inclined to talk with pet owners
or animal libbers my life is complicated enough as it is thanks.

I saw a picture of a cat that learned how to use a toilet and flush it.

If you post articles like this, no wonder your life is complicated. Serves you right...lol!

Hmmm, could this be the result of a frustrated inventor with too much time on his hands? Brilliant.

Take care, Jan

Cats do tend to be somewhat fastidious in their personal hygiene. However, I've yet to discover how to get them to clean up the hairballs they cough up.

Too bad we couldn't figure out how to get that wmv of the cat flushing the toilet onto your or my blog. Hope Mike can do it.

Wish this invention had been around when I was raising, breeding, and showing Manx cats. What a job, shampooing, drying, and combing at least five of the little devils before week-end trips to Cat Shows.

Hey Peter, Did you know we had to sell those Manx cats wholesale? Yah, you know you just can't re-tail them.

It's my birthday so I get to tell a groaner joke like this once a year at least.

If you live long enough, you'll see an invention for EVERYTHING. Go for it Peter.

I thought cats were naturally clean animals. Dogs would be better suited for this.

Wonder what would happen if a mouse accidentally ran across that litter box? Or, since you're in Australia, a lizard.

Our cats have completely taken over my very large laundry, and I am not going to share yet another space with them, even if such an invention were available. We've had a cat or cats for about 30 years now and to tell the truth, I think these two will be the last. They rule the place if you let them! But I still think they are wonderful animals, they're just so bossy!
