Progress report

Rex and Vicki in a typical pose.

Hi to all, everything is pretty static at the moment, and will remain so until early April when
Vicki learns where she will have the operation performed and where I will join her and Rex.
It was almost overwhelming, for both Vicki and myself to receive such a flood of support, say
what you like there is nowhere else on Earth where human kindness and beauty comes out like in
Blogland, we are so thankful to everyone.
I will post when I have some more information.

Peter

Just a quick PS.
I copied that huge spam article that appeared in my last post to a word document
just to see how big it was...... 127 pages!!!!!

I would just reiterate what kenju has said and will continue to keep all your family in my prayers.

Ditto! And I would just like to say that after reading Vicki's comment yesterday, who could possibly be more deserving than her? Here we are worrying about her and she is worrying about Rex. What a beautiful selfless soul! Please do keep us posted. You are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. Hugs to all of you.

The waiting must be difficult for all. Thanks for keeping us posted.

The actual taking care of...and getting on with...the problem is the easy part Peter. It's the waiting and anticipation of it all that is to hard. It calls upon our strength and patience more than we can imagine. Beautiful Vicki is in good hands until then....

I'm sorry I'm so late with my condolences, but I didn't read your Fun Monday closely enough. (I keep up with you through Bloglines.)

I've seen so many miracles lately, I'm certain Vicki will be fine. My prayers are with you.

Hi Dad & Bloggers All,
Shearing is progresing - keeping us all verrry busy, but should wind up tomorrow.
Weather is good again after our 16 days of +35 C - very hot in farenheit land!! It was +40 out here in the bush where we live so the aircon got a workout.
Thanks every one of you kind souls out there - I feel so comforted to know you're in there on my team.
Roll on April 4 - D Day for when, where, how etc.
Love Vicki

What you give is what you get, and there is no doubt about it, you have given lots of love to others. Well, pard, it is coming back to you when you need it the most.

I agree with j-d-j, anticipating and waiting are the most difficult parts of any dicey situation. I remember the waiting while Maryann was undergoing her cancer treatments. Still in remission. A good sense of humour is absolutely necessary.

Love to you all.

Hi again Petr ~~ I noticed both the photos you posted were taken here at
my place. That was a lovely time and
I hope it will happen again.
Hi Vick ~~ Keep up the good work of
staying positive and I am sure you will be fine. LOve and prayers with you, Rex and even Peter.

I've gotten those awful, LONG spam comments too.
They make me mad!

Another thing that makes me mad is this whole ordeal your family is going through. I just hate to hear of medical crisis, and I know how hard it is to wait.
Please keep us informed as you are able, and please take care of yourself by getting rest, etc. You need to stay strong and well as you stand at Vicki's side as she goes through the surgery and recovery. My prayers are with you all.
