10 Years on.

The World Trade Center before 9/11

As the 10th anniversary of "9/11" draws near we should all pause and silently remember those who didn't survive this terrorist atrocity.
AMEN

We hope and trust the conversion of "Ground Zero" to the planned Memorial to the victims and heroes of 9/11 will be completed soon.

Hi Peter ~~ Good post for 9/11 and let us hope and pray there will never be anything like it again. Hope you are doing well - guess I had better ring you
to find out. Love, Merle.

Thanks for that, Peter, and I pray along with you. we all lost what little innocence we had that day.

from all reports, the memorial waterfalls (on the foot prints of the towers) are beautiful and the names are incised in a moving way. I hope to see it in person soon.

It was a horrible day Peter and I'll never forget it, even though I was far away from it all. From watching TV the Memorial area is all beautiful and open to the public now, and honors all who were killed that day.

It's one of those days you can never forget even if you wanted too.
When innocent people are targeted be it in Mew York or Kabul it terrifies all of us.
